Returns:
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item arrived defective or not working, or
- The item was physically damaged during shipping.
If one of these situations apply, you must:
- Notify us in writing within 3 calendar days of delivery date (based on the tracking history).
- Provide clear photo and or video evidence (e.g., photos and or a short YouTube video) showing the issue.
If the issue your having with item is not reported to us within 3 calendar days of delivery date (shown in shipping tracking history) the item will not be eligible for return.

Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered at our discretion, depending on product availability and circumstances.
- If approved, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (both to return the original item and to receive the replacement).
